Driving around the UK - Worcester

So now we have travelled from London to
Cambridge, we then went to Norwich before stopping in Nottingham en route to
Liverpool. I hope that your trip has gone better than mine did at the same
stage, leaving Liverpool my trusty Vauxhall decided that it had had enough.
Luckily though one phone call to my car insurance provider and
one extra day in Liverpool (it couldve been so much worse) later and I was
back on the road.

Were heading south now towards Worcester
and the scenery couldnt be more beautiful, so be sure to have your camera at
the ready! When you arrive in Worcester you will (if you havent been before)
be a little surprised at how pretty the town itself is. So put down your bags
and go for a nice stroll through town on your way to dinner. But where should
you have dinner? Here are some options.

The Old Rectifying House is right in the
centre of town and is a firm favourite amongst tourists and locals alike with
great traditional fare and a good selection of beers and ales it will leave you
satisfied. And should you feel like a big, juicy steak then head over to Cactus
Pete’s Steak House who have built a reputation for delivering great quality
steak every time a real must for meat lovers.

From Worcester well be travelling down to
Bristol to tour the surroundings and there are some very impressive attractions
not to be missed, so remember to read the next chapter in the series. By the
time we get to Bristol, work and car
insurance premiums will be so far from your mind that you wont even
realise that were almost turning back home!
